The Owner - Dr. rer. nat. Andreas Lück 

 

Dr. Lück earned his Masters and PhD degrees in molecular cell biology at the University of Bielefeld in Germany. For both degrees he majored in cell biology, molecular biology, genetics, and biochemistry.

 

For his postdoctoral fellowship he joined the Division of Experimental Medicine at Harvard Medical School in Boston where he conducted biomedical research in the fields of cancer biology and cell motility. Subsequently, he took an appointment as the chair of the department for biochemistry and medical school administrator at Saba University School of Medicine. After having spent five years at Saba University School of Medicine Dr. Lück joined the American University of Antigua (AUA) College of Medicine. At AUA he held various academic and non-academic appointments, including department chair of biochemistry and genetics, Associate Dean of Admissions, Associate Dean of Academic Matters, and Campus Registrar.

  

Throughout his career he chaired all major academic committees and was intimately involved in the applications and site visits concerning accreditation in the UK (through ACCM), the United States (New York State and California), and the Caribbean (through CAAM-HP).

  

Due to his broad and extensive experience of more than 15 years in academic matters, administration, management, and matters of accreditation, Dr. Lück is very familiar with all aspects of medical school operations and the requirements of accreditation bodies.

  

Presently Dr. Lück continues to work as an independent consultant in higher education.
